## Where to Find Your Earnings

Navigate to the [Earnings](https://www.passes.com/earnings/payouts) page. This page contains four important tabs:

**Payouts:** Shows your Available Balance—the money you've earned since your last payout. First-time users will need to add a payment method (see setup instructions below).

**Statistics:** Track your earnings performance over different time periods.

**Paystubs:** Details your monthly gross and net earnings (learn more about the difference below).

**Charity:** If you set up a charity event, you can see details about the non-profit it is associated with, the end date, and how much money you've raised.

## Understanding Your Numbers

**Gross** = Total earnings before fees (the bigger number)

**Net** = Your take-home amount after fees (the smaller number)

## Setting Up Payment Methods

We'll send earnings directly to your bank account for secure, reliable payouts.

2. Enter your bank details

### **PayPal Setup**

We support payouts to a PayPal wallet. Please find details [here](https://passes.com/blog/posts/receiving-money-in-paypal).

## Requesting Payouts

### **Minimum Requirements**

- **Minimum payout:** $50
- **Daily maximum:** $50,000
- **Frequency limit:** One payout every 24 hours

### **One-Time Payouts**

1. Go to [Earnings](https://www.passes.com/earnings/payouts)
2. Select your preferred payout speed (see pricing below)
3. Click **Request Payout Now**

### **Automatic Recurring Payouts**

1. Go to [Earnings](https://www.passes.com/earnings/payouts)
2. Choose your preferred frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
3. Click **Save**

Your payout will be an [ACH transfer](https://www.nerdwallet.com/article/banking/ach-transfers?ref=blog.passes.com). Automatic payouts are free and arrive 3-5 business days after the scheduled date.

## Payout Speed & Pricing

You can payout once every 24 hours. If you have automatic payouts turned on, this counts as one payout.

## Tracking Your Payouts

### **Payout History**

View all past payouts on your Earnings page, including

- Date and amount
- Destination bank
- Payout method
- Current status

### **Understanding Payout Status**

- Pending = Your transaction is being reviewed
- Complete = Money should be in your account
- Failed = Transfer unsuccessful (retry or contact support)

## Important Notes

### **Chargebacks**

If a fan successfully disputes a charge, the disputed amount is automatically deducted from your earnings.

### **Business Days**

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. For example, a Monday payout scheduled for May 1st will land 3-5 business days later (by Monday, May 8th).
